VARESQUE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your VARESQUE purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
FREE RETURNS
We offer free returns within the 48 contiguous United States on eligible items. To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging where applicable.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage after delivery, or missing original tags may not qualify for a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
After receiving your prepaid return label, please send your return within 30 days. Follow the return instructions provided with your authorization.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error with your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different size, color, or style is to return the eligible original item and place a new order.
FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products may be marked Final Sale and cannot be returned. Any return restrictions will be clearly stated on the applicable product page or at the time of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate or personal-wear products may be subject to additional return restrictions where permitted by law. Any such restriction will be disclosed before purchase.
